Enrollment
in class requires both a completed Registration Form and Payment
received by Just Rewards, LLC.You will also be required to provide proof of
vaccinations (adult dogs - DHPP and Rabies are required; puppies
- 1 preferably 2 DHPP vaccines are required; Bordetella is
recommended for all) before or at the first class in order to
participate.Your enrollment will be confirmed by email or phone.If the class you are registering for is full or if the
minimum enrollment is not met, you will be notified and given
the option to select another session or have your payment
returned to you. Please do not assume you are enrolled in class
without a confirmation.Because your registration holds a space in class for you,
refunds will only be provided if you notify us at least 7 days
prior to the start of the session.Otherwise, you will forfeit the entire registration fee.There will be no credit for missed classes.

Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email.
Step 5: Email or mail your dog's vaccination records or
bring them to the first class. You cannot participate in
class without proof of vaccines.
