Group Training Class Registration

Enrollment in class requires both a completed Registration Form and Payment received by Just Rewards, LLC. You will also be required to provide proof of vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies are required; Bordetella is recommended) before or at the first class in order to participate. Your enrollment will be confirmed by email or phone within 2 days of receipt. If the class you are registering for is full or if the minimum enrollment is not met, you will be notified and given the option to select another session or have your payment returned to you. Please do not assume you are enrolled in class without a confirmation. Because your registration holds a space in class for you, refunds will only be provided if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the start of the session. Otherwise, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. There will be no credit for missed classes.

Step 3: Select the class you'd like to attend and submit your payment. Online payments accepted are Paypal or Credit Card. You can also mail a check to:
